Hum and Glow offers different Energy Healing modalities such as Sound healing, Reiki, and Card Reading separate or as a combination session. As a combination session Energy Healing includes Distance Reiki, Card Reading, and coaching over the phone. Sound healing includes the sound element and Distance Reiki.

What is Energy Healing?
There are different energy healing techniques. Some use vibrational effects and resonance to harmonize the energy field, i.e. Sound healing. While others use the mirror effect and work directly on the energy field through the practitioner, i.e. Reiki.
Sound Healing
​Sound healing is a gentle healing technique that promotes relaxation and self-love by allowing yourself to resonate with beautiful healing music. At Hum and Glow we use different instruments like Crystal singing bowls or Tibetan singing bowls, flute, bells, gongs, crystal harp, or tuning forks as well as nature sounds and voice to compose beautiful spiritual healing music.
If you like you can listen to this little Sound healing "taste" below and relax with ease and fun. - You can best experience this music with headphones. However, set the volume on your computer/ phone to a comfortable level and not loud. Enjoy!
What can you expect during a Sound Healing session?
During the Sound Healing session Dr. Lisa connects to your energy and performs Distance Reiki to select the instruments and create the music that will support you at this time. This music is infused with Reiki energyand every time you listen to this music you can imagine the support and love that comes with the Reiki infusion. You will then receive an audio file containing this music and Reiki and you can listen to it as often as you like.
Reiki
Reiki is a very gentle complementary healing technique that promotes relaxation and self-love through the presence of the Reiki practitioner. When we are deeply love ourselves we can heal us and glow from the inside out. And if we cannot create this state by ourselves the Reiki practitioner can help us because of the mirror neuron state.
While living in this world can always cause imbalances in our well-being Reiki can help to restore the balance point - homeostasis with its particular healing effect on the cells of our body.

Hum and Glow offers Usui Reiki for humans and animals.

During an in-person Reiki session the recipient is fully clothed laying comfortable on a massage table. The Reiki practitioner will gently lay hands on or slightly off different parts of the body. It is recommended to wear loose fitting clothes.
During a distance Reiki session the recipient sits or lays comfortably at home, listening to some relaxing music or the provided Distance Reiki Meditation - created by Dr. Lisa.

Often people think that the in-person session is more effective because they can be in the energy field of the healer directly. This shows how important the loving support of the healer is for the feeling of healing. Distance Healing can be even more effective but the recipient is not able to feel the healers loving energy. For this reason Dr. Lisa created a Distance Reiki Meditation. The deeper the recipient can relax during the healing session the more they feel the loving support of the healer. Distance Healing is very helpful supporting us where we cannot see or feel it. Clients report to us that Distance Healing helped them to alleviate pain, reduce depression and anxiety, and some Dementia related symptoms.

Reiki for Animals
Pets can get out of balance as well as we are. They are quite responsive to energy-based treatments. For these sessions, we come to your house, so, not to disturb your pet more by adapting to a new environment. Ask us about it.

Types of Reiki offered at Hum and Glow:

Usui Reiki
Usui Reiki, pure Reiki in its original form, is accompanied by powerful Reiki music.
As described above, Usui Reiki is a hands-on technique. Guided by the music the
recipient can get into a meditative state to activate their own self-healing with
the support of the Reiki hands to intensity the healing in the places where it is
needed. This is a very relaxing and healing experience.
Angel Reiki
Angels are wonderful celestial beings who love us unconditionally, support
us, and have healing powers. They bring this love and healing to us if we ask for it. Focusing on angels surrounding us, a session is accompanied by angelic music. In this way, Reiki is guided by the angels who are shining their light on us. The unconditional love of the angels allows the joy of the soul to shine through uplifting us, healing us, and raising our vibrations.
Dolphin Reiki
Dolphins are beautiful beings from the ocean with healing abilities that are shared through water. Inviting the spirit of the Dolphins of Atlantis we can invite their healing powers to cleanse our energy field of negative energies. Using a powerful combination of dolphin sounds and music together with the focus on the dolphins we can imagine dolphins swimming around us. This type of Reiki helps with cleansing the aura from all negative energy and can particularly help with stress related afflictions like migraine or anxiety. If you heard about the saying: "there is a dark cloud over his head" you understand immediately that the energy that we bring into our energy field (aura) can affect us in powerful ways. In this time and age with all the constant influences around us (commercials, news, peers) we need to constantly cleanse our energy field from negative thoughts and influences. This can be done with a cleansing Dolphin Reiki "bath".
Energy Healing
This energy healing session includes aspects of Reiki, Card Reading, coaching and others. - over the phone.
Sound Healing
During this energy healing session a 5-15 min long audio file (mp3) is recorded that is infused with Reiki.
